The kitchen is fully equipped with all facilities, including dishwasher, washing/dryer, microwave oven, fridge & freezer. It also has a window opening on a small courtyard.

The living room leads to the library/TV room which can be used as guest bedroom, since the modern sofa can be turned into a full bed.

The master bedroom, which has a Queen Size bed and its en-suite dressing room & full bathroom with its en-suite shower & W-C is after the library/TV room.
