The Entrance leads to the dining/ living room area and, on the right, right hand to the spacious kitchen.
The dining area seats 4 to 6 guests.
The living area has a large settee with a sofa, armchairs and cocktail table.
The living and bedroom areas are separated by a “half wall” which gives privacy for each.

BEDROOM: a double size bed - certainly in the future a queen a size bed.

BATHROOM is en-suite fitted with a bathtub/shower (fixed wall hand shower)
