Location: The apartment is located on a 3rd FRENCH FLOOR (with lift) in a historical NAPOLEON III MANSION, one of the oldest buildings and next to the Champ de Mars area. Living room, dining room and one of the 2 bedrooms overlooks the CHAMP DE MARS PARK - and from the tiny balcony one has a view of the nearby EIFFEL TOWER.

Accommodation: The entrance leads to the living room, dining room and the Master bedroom situated next to the living room. On the left from entrance are the fully equipped kitchen offering a seat in area for 2/3 people. A small corridor leads to the second bedroom and bathroom offering completely privacy.

Ornamental fireplaces, mouldings, and period antique furniture offer an elegant ambience to this very well appointed apartment.

The LIVING ROOM has a comfortable settee and a sofa, armchairs, cocktail table and small settee with a marble table and antique chairs. The formal dining room with it's oval acajou table seating 6 guests.

All rooms have carpets; the living room has two windows, the dining room and the master bedroom overlook the Champ de Mars.

The separate toilet is located next to the entrance.

The MASTERBEDROOM, with its QUEEN SIZE BED has a spacious marble en-suite bathroom (bathtub/shower, double sink, window).

The 2nd bedroom has, as of writing, a double size bed ; the marble bathroom (bathtub/shower) is adjacent to the bedroom.

KITCHEN: spacious kitchen fully equipped with a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, a stove with 4 burners, an oven, a micro wave oven etc and a seating area for 2/3 people.
